These terms apply to yumiyakiofficial.com and to the information on it about dining at Yumiyaki Sukiyaki House. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Using this website
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it — for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content in bulk.
2. Menus, prices and availability
Prices are per person and shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to change based on supplies, and the menu and prices at the restaurant on the day of your visit apply. We work to keep the site accurate, but if it contains an error in a price, item or other detail, we may correct it, and the restaurant’s current menu governs.
3. Dining policies
- Each all-you-can-eat seating is 90 minutes. During peak hours, a 20% up-charge applies to the set for each additional 30 minutes.
- The whole party orders the same set.
- Kids under 110 cm eat free, kids 111–140 cm are half price, and over 140 cm is the regular price.
- All membership benefits and promotions are subject to change without further notice, and Yumiyaki Sukiyaki House reserves the right of final interpretation.
4. Food allergies and raw food notice
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of them. Please tell your server about any allergies before you order.
5. Reservations and third-party services
Reservations are made through Yelp, and Yelp’s terms apply to its booking service. The site also links to and embeds services such as Google Maps and Instagram. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Membership
The $28 annual membership is a program shared with Mikiya Wagyu Shabu House and is governed by its membership terms. It applies to the member and one guest, cannot be transferred, and is honored at all Yumiyaki and Mikiya locations.
7. Intellectual property
The Yumiyaki and 寿喜屋 names and logos, and the site’s photographs, video, text and design, belong to Yumiyaki Sukiyaki House or its licensors. You may share links to the site, but please do not reuse its content without our permission.
8. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
